Wie ihr schon mitbekommen habt, mussten wir die Präsenzform unserer ZaPF leider absagen. Damit wir dennoch zusammen produktiv arbeiten, uns vernetzten und eine schöne Zeit verbringen können, laden wir euch hiermit zur Online ZaPF hosted in Garching ein. Diese wird vom 05. November bis zum 15. November stattfinden. Den vorläufigen Zeitplan, sowie weitere Informationen findet ihr auf [https://garching.zapf.in/ unserer Website].

Damit wir ein beschlussfähiges Plenum bilden können, ist es relevant, dass ihr euch anmeldet. Dies könnt ihr auf [https://garching.zapf.in/?p=anmeldung dieser Seite] machen. Eine Bestätigung mit dem Fachschaftstoken ist hierbei nicht nötig, da die Beschlussfähigkeit und die Abstimmungen bei dem Plenum mithilfe des Tokens passieren werden (es wird sich dabei um den Token handeln, den ihr mit der ursprünglichen Einladung per Brief erhalten habt). Ebenso könnt ihr [https://garching.zapf.in/?p=merchandise hier]  Merch (kostenpflichtig) bestellen.
ACHTUNG: Die Merchbestellung läuft nur bis So. 25.10.2020!
WICHTIG: Alle Anmeldungen und Merchbestellungen der PräsenzZaPF wurden storniert. Ihr müsst euch also neu anmelden bzw. neue bestellen. Die Anmeldung ist noch bis zum 01. November um 23:59 Uhr offen und die Merchbestellung bis zum 25. Oktober um 23:59 Uhr möglich.

Wir planen aktuell mit 12 AK-Slots und 5 Reserve-AK-Slots (Siehe Zeitplan). Je nach AK-Menge bedeutet das 3 - 5 AKe gleichzeitig.
Damit AKe mit gleichen Interessenten nicht parallel stattfinden, bieten wir euch für die ZaPFiG die Möglichkeit, uns vorab eure AK-Teilnahme-Wünsche mitzuteilen. Dies wird durch eine kurze Umfrage kurz vor der ZaPF ermöglicht. Teilnahme-Verpflichtungen (wie AK-Leitung und Protokollantum) haben natürlich Priorität und können ebenfalls in dieser Umfrage angegeben werden.
